What counts as one analysis?
One analysis = one counts matrix uploaded and processed. You can run multiple comparisons (e.g., Treatment vs Control, DrugA vs DrugB) within a single analysis at no extra cost.
What data formats are accepted?
CSV or TSV files with a gene-by-sample matrix. We accept raw counts, TPM, FPKM, and other normalized expression values. Gene symbols or Ensembl IDs both work.
