1. Data You Upload

When you upload gene expression data (counts matrices) for analysis, your data is:

• Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Stored in your private, isolated workspace
• Accessible only to you via your authenticated account
• Never used to train machine learning models
• Never shared with third parties
• Deletable at any time upon your request

2. Analysis Results

All analysis outputs (differential expression results, plots, gene scores) are stored in your private workspace and retained for as long as your account is active. You can download or delete your results at any time.

3. Account Information

We collect your email address and name for account management via Clerk authentication. We use Stripe for payment processing — we do not store your credit card information directly.

4. Analytics

We collect anonymized usage metrics (number of analyses, feature usage) to improve the platform. Gene symbols are hashed before any aggregation. We do not track individual gene expression values.
